MorningStar Senior Living, Haselden Real Estate Development and Post-Modern Development project partners have advanced in an 188,000-square-foot community in Fort Collins, on the southwest corner of Cherry Street and North College Avenue.

The co-developers are MorningStar, a Denver-based developer, owner and operator; Haselden Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of Denver-based Haselden Construction, a fully integrated real estate development and investment company; and Post-Modern Development, a Colorado-based real estate developer. The new Old Town community represents the fourth joint venture between Haselden and MorningStar and is the second of MorningStar in Fort Collins and the twelfth in Colorado.
